History
Georgina Goonan founded Lakeside Advisory having identified a client need for quality debt advisory services that are independent from any other offering. Her background in the syndicated loan markets, debt capital markets as well as debt advisory sees her uniquely placed to lead Lakeside Advisory and assist clients in achieving strong funding outcomes.
The debt markets are constantly changing and many clients access the debt markets infrequently. With a constant market presence, Lakeside Advisory uses its up-to-date knowledge of the debt markets and its extensive network of banks and non-banks to helps its clients make informed funding decisions.
Leadership
Georgina is a debt specialist with over 25 years experience in banking and professional services. Prior to founding Lakeside Advisory, she was a Director in PwC’s Debt and Capital Advisory team for 12 years where she was active as a debt advisor in assisting corporate clients across a range of sectors with their funding needs. Prior to her advisory roles, Georgina spent 20 years at ANZ in loan syndications, debt capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and institutional banking.
Georgina holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She maintains an active presence in the debt markets which gives her up-to-date, relevant market knowledge and sees her well-placed in assisting clients with their funding needs.
